We developed the LCR&QoS project for Telmex, a series of low, medium and high-level apps that allow to gather data from telephone exchanges all over the country. This data is used to assess the best communication routes and measure quality of service in each of these routes. The project also analyzes frame-use indexes to optimize how they are assigned to clients. In addition, we developed a web interface to manage this app, all of which resulted in an agile consulting and decision-making tool.
Suministra trusted néctica with its Information Systems Department, outsourcing its management and getting in return the support they needed to expand their infrastructure and implement the solutions that nowadays optimize their daily tasks. We implemented NECAP to cover all the company's needs, including its payroll core business. Data was migrated from three previous independent platforms to unify everything in one single management tool that involves all the operating points of the company in each of its more than 15 branches. Today NECAP processes payments for thousands of employees with different work agreements and from different unions. In addition, Suministra owns a publishing and tracking tool for offers and applicants that makes them leaders in their field.
Through the SGM project, we developed a planning and monitoring software for mass mailing of correspondence, brochures and promotions for American Express. This software manages every aspect of each shipment, including material suppliers, warehouse managers and service providers (printing, envelopes, mailing, etc.) The app controls the material stock as well as the shipment planning based on the capacity of all the participants, improving times and saving resources through recycling. Today, both American Express's internal clients and their suppliers interact through the application, optimizing the process.
